Improving Ways of Working
The workplace was carefully planned to support a variety of working styles, enabling employees to move seamlessly between focused, collaborative, and social environments. Flexible settings, quiet spaces, informal meeting areas, and agile workstations encourage greater autonomy while supporting productivity, interaction, and day-to-day operational performance.
Connected Social Environments
Social and breakout spaces were designed as central destinations within the workplace, encouraging interaction and strengthening team connectivity. Rich textures, warm materials, feature lighting, and carefully integrated hospitality-inspired environments create welcoming spaces that support collaboration, informal meetings, and a stronger sense of workplace community.
Human-Centric Workplace Design
Natural materials, integrated planting, acoustic treatments, and soft tonal palettes were introduced throughout the workplace to enhance wellbeing and comfort. The design balances exposed building infrastructure with calmer human-focused interventions, creating an environment that feels contemporary, functional, and supportive of employee experience across all three floors.
Delivery
Delivered through Zenixspace’s integrated design and construction model, the project was carefully coordinated across three occupied floors to ensure efficient delivery and minimal disruption. Close collaboration between teams enabled streamlined decision-making, program confidence, delivery certainty, and the successful transformation of 19,500 sqft / 1811 sqm into a cohesive workplace experience.
