Susannah is a WELL Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, and holds a Master's in Workplace Health & Wellbeing. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients globally, researching organizational resilience, job satisfaction, work culture, and neurodiversity. As Vice President of Global Workplace Strategy at Swiss Re, she developed innovative strategies to enhance client and employee experience. Currently, as a Principal Consultant at Zenixspace, she helps clients in finance, pharma, manufacturing, and education create inclusive, human-centric environments aligned with ESG and net-zero goals.

Sam is a highly experienced technical professional with over 10 years in the office fit-out industry, working across the UK and European markets on diverse projects. As a Senior Pre-construction Project Manager, she covers all stages between design and construction, including project planning, costing, tendering, liaising with regulatory bodies, and working with MEP consultants. Sam’s expertise spans various project sizes and client industries, making her a valuable asset in delivering successful and efficient fit-out projects.

Skilled in BIM, digitalization, and resource optimization, Guillermo excels in team-building, problem-solving, and delivering impactful solutions. With strong financial acumen and risk management, he ensures client satisfaction through every phase of project execution.
Rob Fischer
Chief Financial Officer
Robert , a Business Administration graduate with a focus on Business Systems, trained as a Management Accountant through CIMA at BPP Cambridge, achieving first-time exam passes. He has worked across multiple sectors, including Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Construction. As Finance Director, Robert supported an M&E Contractor’s growth from £25m to £80m. He specializes in financial infrastructure, team development, forecasting, and addressing funding shortfalls. Since joining Zenixspace in March 2024, Robert has made a significant impact on reporting and team building, becoming a valuable asset to the company.

Kris is an experienced interior architect with 18 years of expertise, specializing in designing dynamic and functional office spaces for global clients across Europe. Known for a deep understanding of innovative spatial designs that foster productivity and collaboration.
Kris's expertise spans Strategic & Master Planning, Experience-Based Architectural Planning, Human-Centric Design, and Workspace Standards. Kris has worked with renowned clients such as Société Générale, JET, Galderma, Ecolab, JTI, Philip Morris International, and BMW.
Sandra Gucciardi
Principal Consultant, Real Estate & Facilities Advisor
Sandra has 25 years of experience supporting key clients and projects in North America. As a strategic thinker and Real Estate and Facilities Advisor for Zenixspace, she focuses on understanding clients' goals and workplace strategies. With expertise in employee experience and change management, Sandra ensures seamless project delivery. She builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. An active industry participant, Sandra serves on the boards of CoreNet New England and IFMA Boston, co-chairs the WE strategy group, and co-founded BRECC. She holds degrees in Business Management and Interior Design.

Known for his meticulous, process-driven approach, he specializes in managing project complexity from start to handover. His expertise spans technical due diligence, project controls, and quality assurance. As Principal Technical Delivery at Zenixspace, Francesco ensures the best technical practices and bespoke methodologies are applied to meet client needs. Fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish, he has worked with clients like Galderma, Société Générale, and Takeda.
